My name is Al Nicolas. Al isn’t short for Albert or anything else — just Al. Simple and straightforward, much like the way I believe accounting and financial advice should be.

I graduated from the University of Central Florida with dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance and am a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida. I founded Cypress Springs Accounting in 2018 to give business owners something I believe is often missing from the traditional accounting relationship: a CPA who understands their numbers, knows their business, and is available throughout the year — not just at tax time.
